For most low cost carriers (LCCs) direct sales via the web and call centres are the core source of revenue. So-called “ticketless” procedures in GDS have had limited success in corporate travel oriented IATA agencies.
By completely outsourcing their GDS/BSP distribution to Hahn Air, LCCs gain access to the high yield distribution channel of GDS/BSP sales, including IATA compliant e-ticketing solutions.
